erro ficheiro htacess

tenho o erro seguinte nesta linha do ficheiro htaccess, é referente ao caminho do meu ficheiro «meulog.log» que tenho na raiz do meu site.

linha do htacess:  
php_value error_log /http://www.meusite.esy.es/meulog.log
