We noticed that you may need assistance to ensure adherence with best practices for sending email. It's important that you read through the following information to help ensure that your emails through Mandrill both conform with the Mandrill Terms of Use and that your sending quota isn't adversely affected.

Sending for your account is paused pending action taken to resolve the issues identified below. Please respond immediately with the steps you're taking and the information requested below.

Unsubscribe Options
Most countries require an unsubscribe link or other unsubscribe process when sending bulk or marketing emails. The United States, for example, requires the ability to unsubscribe in all bulk, commercial emails under CAN-SPAM. Mandrill requires an unsubscribe link for all marketing or bulk email, even if it's not required by law in your country.

You can add an unsubscribe link easily through Mandrill. Click for information about using the unsubscribe merge tag.

To complete the review of your account:

Send a sample email to unsub-test@testing.mandrillapp.com through your Mandrill account. This email must include the content you normally send and the updated unsubscribe link. You'll be able to send this even if sending for your account is currently paused.
Once you've sent a test, reply to this email to let us know this has been completed.
